Before the first spade enters the earth, before a single rebar is bent, we gather the family, the site engineer, and the master mason around a brass Ganesha. A diya is lit. Marigolds are offered. The plot is consecrated.
It is a ritual older than our craft — a quiet promise that the kothi rising from this soil will carry not only steel and stone, but intention, prosperity, and grace.

Italian Travertine, fluted teak, anodised aluminium glazing. Every joint dry-mocked before installation.
